Comecei preparando a ganache,em banho-maria derreti o chocolate e adicionei 200g de creme de leite, despejei a ganache numa forma e levei para o freezer por 40min.

I started by preparing the ganache, in a water bath I melted the chocolate and added 200g of cream, poured the ganache into a mold and took it to the freezer for 40min.

Pode ser feito no liquidificador mas fiz com um fuê mesmo, só misturei o leite em pó, leite condensado, creme de leite e o leite integral, despejei a mistura sobre a ganache já durinha, levei para o freezer novamente por 2 horas, depois disso é só desenformar.

It can be done in a blender but I did it with a whisk, I just mixed the powdered milk, condensed milk, cream and whole milk, poured the mixture over the already hard ganache, took it to the freezer again for 2 hours, after that it's just unforming.
