- Sugar (for the jam)4 tablespoon
- Pasta Mix the egg and sugar in a pan over low heat, until it loses its grainy texture, then beat this mixture until it triples in size (I beat it by hand, those who have a mixer can beat it for 5 minutes). After that add the flour, salt and mix lightly, preferably with a whisk, to ensure the aeration of the dough, bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
- white cream Mix the condensed milk, milk, butter, powdered milk, cornstarch and the yolk well, turn on low heat and keep stirring until it thickens. Remember to wait for it to cool down.
- Strawberry jam Mix the strawberries, squeezed lemon and sugar over medium heat until reduced to a jelly-like consistency.
- Finally, just cut the cake in half, put a layer of white cream, jam, and finish with cream and powdered milk sprinkled on top. I soak it with milk. Place in the fridge for two hours and it's ready to serve!
