Coloque o leite condensado em uma tigela e va adicionando leite em po ate ficar como uma massa ou entt ate ficar nem grosso.
coloque da geladeira por mais ou menos 1hr antes de enrolar

Put the condensed milk in a bowl and add the powdered milk until it becomes like a dough or even until it is not thick.
put it in the fridge for about 1 hour before rolling it up.
