- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Powdered Nest Milk5 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Put the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir until it starts to boil, then lower the heat.
- On low heat, keep stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and gets to the point of brigadeiro.
- Transfer to a container and cover with plastic. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Roll up and pass in powdered nest milk to decorate.
