Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

3 cups of condensed milk

3 cups of sour cream

1 1/2 cup powdered milk

2 tablespoons of hydrated unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup sour cream

Chopped chocolate

Nest milk and chocolate pie

Coloque os biscoitos no liquidificador e com a tecla pulsar triture-os até virar uma farofa.

Place the cookies in the blender and with the pulse button, crush them until they become crumbs.

Coloque os biscoitos em uma tigela, acrescente a manteiga ou margarina e mexa até virar uma massa. Forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma de fundo falso com essa massa e leve para a geladeira por 15 minutos.

Place the cookies in a bowl, add the butter or margarine and mix until it forms a dough. Forre the bottom and sides of a false bottom shape with this dough and take it to the fridge for 15 minutes.

No liquidificador adicione o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o leite em pó, a gelatina sem sabor hidratada e bata bem.

Despeje o líquido na forma preparada e leve à geladeira por 2 horas.

Em um recipiente coloque o chocolate picado, 1/2 xícara de creme de leite e leve ao micro-ondas por 1 minuto. Misture até dissolver todo o chocolate.

In a container, place the chopped chocolate, 1/2 cup of cream and microwave for 1 minute. Mix until all the chocolate is dissolved.

Despeje o chocolate sobre a torta cobrindo toda a superfície. Leve à geladeira por 5 horas ou até firmar. Sirva-se.

Pour the chocolate over the pie covering the entire surface. Place in the fridge for 5 hours or until firm. Help yourself.
