- Margarine125 g
- Refined sugar275 g
- Milk powder62 g
- Water210 ml
- Wheat flour270 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk200 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk110 ml
- Strawberries5 unit(s)
- For the dough, add 3 egg yolks and 100g of butter in a bowl. Beat well for 2 minutes.
- Now add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
- Now add 50 g of powdered milk and 210 ml of water. Mix well.
- Add 270g of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Beat well until the dough is smooth.
- Now take the 3 egg whites and beat in snow for about 3 minutes.
- Take the dough and add the snow whites little by little and mix.
- Now just put it to bake in a round shape with a hole in the middle, in a preheated oven at 180° for about 60 minutes.
- Remember to do the toothpick test to see if your cake is ready.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting.
- In a pan add 200g of condensed milk, 1 can of cream, 12g of powdered milk, 110ml of milk and 25g of margarine.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Let it cook until it thickens well and it will be ready.
- Remember to wait for the cake to cool before unmolding.
- With the cake already unmolded, place the icing and garnish with the strawberries.
- Now just serve.
