- Nest cream: In a pan, place a can of condensed milk, a box of cream, half a tablespoon of butter and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk. Mix well, then turn on medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to thicken. Turn off the fire, transfer to a platter and wait to cool down completely, book.
- Chocolate cream: In a pan put a can of condensed milk, a box of cream, half a tablespoon of butter and 3 spoons of chocolate powder. Turn on medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to thicken. Turn off the fire, transfer to a platter and wait to cool down completely, book.
- For assembly: Place a little white cream on a platter, dip the cornstarch cookies in milk quickly so they don't soak and make a layer on top of the cream. Then put the chocolate cream on top and go midterm until you finish the creams. Then take it to the fridge.
- Decorate with bis, chocolate zest or as you prefer. You can mount it directly in your dessert cup or you can make it in pots to sell.
