Whole strawberries300 g
condensed milk395 g
Sour cream400 g
Milk Powder1 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Sour cream for ganache200 g
Chopped semisweet chocolate150 g

In a pan, I added condensed milk, nest milk, cream and butter, stirred well over low heat until it came out of the bottom of the pan, transferred to a container and let it cool.
In another pan, I melted the chocolate and added the cream, left it to cool while assembling the bonbon.
I cut off the top of the cake and set it aside to use as a lid. In the other part of the cake, I opened a hole in the middle and filled it with the nest brigadeiro, on top of whole strawberries, covered it with the top of the cake and spread all the ganache over it and decorated it with chocolate shavings.
