- Sour cream200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Nescau Powder3 tablespoon
- Dough: Wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Oil120 ml
- Nescau Powder3 tablespoon
- Warm milk100 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- I started by preparing the filling, in a pan I put the condensed milk, cream, Nescau and butter, over low heat stirring constantly so as not to burn, it started to get creamy, I added the chopped chocolate, mixed well until all the chocolate melted, turned off the heat and let the filling cool.
- In a bowl, I mixed the eggs and sugar well and added the other ingredients of the dough little by little, transferred it to a greased mold sprinkled with Nescau, preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- I removed the cake from the oven, let it cool and unmolded it, cut the cake in half and put a part of the stuffing, covered it with the other half of the cake and covered it with the rest of the stuffing, decorated it with chocolate shavings.
