- In the mixer beat the eggs and sugar meanwhile take the butter and chocolate to melt together
- Add the Nescau, the melted butter with chocolate and the flour to the beaten eggs with the sugar.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out moist and slightly dirty.
