  • Black Biscuit package1 unit(s)
  • melted unsalted butter50 g
  • cream cheese400 g
  • refined sugar100 g
  • eggs2 unit(s)
  • vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • Can of Heavy cream1 unit(s)
  1. In a blender or processor, grind the black biscuit until it forms a flour. Mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into an ovenproof dish with a removable bottom, forming the base of the cheesecake.
  2. In another container, with the help of the mixer, beat the cream cheese with the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and Heavy cream and beat again until smooth.
  3. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base in the container with the base and bake at 180°C, preheated, for about 1 hour or until the center of the cheesecake is set.
  4. Let it cool before unmolding. Take it to the fridge to freeze and serve next.
