Nega Maluca Cake Nutella Brigadeiro Filling

Em um recipiente misture bem os ovos, açúcar, a farinha o chocolate e o óleo. Em seguida acrescente a água quente, e mexa bem e acrescente o fermento. Unte uma forma com manteiga e farinha de trigo, coloque a massa e leve para assar em forno médio por 40 minutos, ou até que o bolo esteja assado.

Em uma panela grande e alta, misture o amido de milho dissolvido no leite, o leite condensado, a manteiga e o chocolate em pó.
Leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sem parar até desgrudar do fundo da panela (ponto de brigadeiro).
Quando desgrudar do fundo da panela, desligue o fogo e misture a Nutella.
Transfira o recheio para uma tigela, cubra com papel filme rente ao creme e espere esfriar.
Assim que esfriar, leve à geladeira por cerca de 1 hora.
Coloque no recheio e/ou na cobertura

In a large, tall pan, combine the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder.
Bring to a medium heat, stirring non-stop until it unglues from the bottom of the pan (brigadeiro point).
When it unglued from the bottom of the pan, turn off the fire and mix the Nutella.
Transfer the filling to a bowl, cover with cling film close to the cream and wait for it to cool.
Once cooled, place in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Place in filling and/or topping
