- Margarine pomade or butter200 g
- Unleavened Wheat200 g
- Melted chocolate150 g
- In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until a white cream.
- Add the butter or butter and beat for about 3 min.
- Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave every 30 seconds, when it is melted, add the mixer mixture. (Eggs, sugar and margarine)
- Mix all the ingredients well, add the Nescau, stir well
- Finally add the unleavened wheat, stir well until the wheat is incorporated into the dough.
- Grease a 20 cm shape with butter and parchment paper at the bottom. Or add the release agent to the form.
- Place in oven preheated to 180 degrees C. Bake the brownie until you insert a toothpick and almost come out clean. About 30 min.
