- Recipe
- Liter of type A or B milk1 unit(s)
- Chopped fresh strawberry1 cup
- Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Sugar or xylitol sweetener4 tablespoon
- Put the milk in a deep pan or milk pan and leave it on low heat.
- Wait for it to boil and turn off the heat.
- Wait for it to cool (when you put your finger to test the temperature, it should be comfortable)
- Add natural yogurt and mix well.
- Place this mixture in a glass jar and close with cling film.
- Put it in a thermal bag and let it ferment for about 8 hours.
- Mix half of the chopped strawberries with the sugar and mix well.
- Place the mashed strawberries with the sugar inside the yogurt
- Put everything in a clean cloth inside a sieve resting on a platter (the liquid will fall into the platter)
- Take it to the fridge for a couple of hours (it will separate the liquid from the yogurt)
- After this period, discard the liquid and reserve the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the remaining half of the chopped strawberries and mix well.
- Ready đ serve next
- Tip: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in a glass jar with a lid
