  • Corn (hominy)500 g
  • Grated Fresh Coconut1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Powdered milk100 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Cloves and Cinnamon Sticks to taste
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. Soak the corn for 12 hours
  2. In the pressure cooker put the corn, the covo, cloves, cinnamon sticks, 2l of water and cook for 45 min
  3. Add the other ingredients and lead to the fire, for approx 20 min, always stirring, until thickening.
  4. Serve hot or chilled, sprinkled with ground cinnamon to taste.
