Em uma xícara coloque a água, o açúcar e misture bem.

In a cup put the water, sugar and mix well.

Em outra xícara/vasilha misture o ovo,o leite e o leite condensado e mexa bem (se puder bater no liquidificador ou batedeira melhor ainda).

In another cup/vessel mix the egg, milk and condensed milk and stir well (if you can use a blender or mixer, even better).

Pegue esse líquido e coloque dentro da primeira xícara que está com o caramelo.

Take that liquid and put it inside the first cup that has the caramel.

Coloque dentro do microondas por 1,30 ou 2,30.

Place inside the microwave for 1.30 or 2.30.

Espere esfriar, pode desenformar e comer.

Wait to cool down, you can unmold and eat.
