  • Wheat3 tablespoon
  • Milk4 tablespoon
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
  • Milk100 ml
  • Margarine1/2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl add the egg, milk, sugar, oil and chocolate powder.
  2. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass
  3. Then add the wheat flour little by little, and keep mixing until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Add the yeast and stir very slowly, pour the dough into two 250ml mugs
  5. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
  6. for syrup; add in a pan 100 ml of milk, 1/2 spoon of butter, 2 spoons of chocolate powder and 1 spoon of sugar.
  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a creamy syrup forms.
  8. Punch holes in the cookies to make them even more fluffy.
  9. If you want to unmold or you can consume it in the mug, just add the syrup on top.
