  • Flavored gelatin of your choice4 unit(s)
  • Boiling water600 ml
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Cooking oil for greasing to taste
  1. Dissolve 2 packets of flavored gelatin of your choice in 400ml of boiling water.
  2. Grease the silicone mold with cooking oil.
  3. Pour the gelatin in the silicone mold and take it to the fridge for at least 01 hour.
  4. After the gelatin hardens in the fridge… hit the blender: 200 ml of boiling water, 02 envelopes of gelatin with the flavor of your choice, 02 boxes of cream.
  5. Carefully place the mousse on top of the gelatin and put it back in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
