Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings/ to taste

Strawberry cream
In the blender, beat the condensed milk, yogurt, cream and strawberry juice for 3 minutes.
Place on a platter and set aside
ganache
In a bowl, chop the chocolate, add the cream and microwave every 30 seconds until the chocolate melts, mix well.
Place the ganache on top of the strawberry cream, decorate with sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
Place in the fridge for approximately 4 hours.
