Comece pela mousse de chocolate meio amargo: derreta o chocolate meio amargo no microondas a cada 30 segundos e quando estiver bem derretido adicione o creme de leite e misture até ficar homogêneo e cremoso 

Start with the semisweet chocolate mousse: melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted, add the cream and mix until smooth and creamy

Acrescente as claras de ovo batidas em ponto de neve aos poucos e vá misturando com delicadeza, coloque na travessa e leve para geladeira por pelo menos 1 hora 

Add the beaten egg whites little by little and mix gently, place on a platter and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Faça o mousse de Chocolate 70%: derreta o chocolate no microondas a cada 30 segundos, quando estiver bem derretido adicione o creme de leite e misture bem até ficar homogêneo e cremoso

Acrescente as claras de ovo batidas em ponto de neve aos poucos até ficar homogêneo

Add the beaten egg whites little by little until smooth.

Junte essa mousse com a mousse que ficou na geladeira e volte a geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas, finalize com as gotas de chocolate e sirva em seguida 😋

Combine this mousse with the mousse that stayed in the fridge and return to the fridge for at least 4 hours, finish with the chocolate drops and serve next 😋
