Preparação: bater as claras em castelo e juntem as 6 colheres de açúcar.

Preparation: beat the egg whites until stiff and add the 6 tablespoons of sugar.

Bata novamente e adicione o caramelo bem quente misture tudo muito bem.

Beat again and add the hot caramel mix everything very well.

Verta o preparado numa forma untada com manteiga e leve ao forno.

Pour the mixture into a greased shape and put it in the oven.

Assim que estiver Douradinho, retire do forno e deixa o pudim arrefecer.

Once golden, remove from the oven and let the pudding cool.

Verta num prato o pudim e sirva com creme de ovos moles.

Pour the pudding on a plate and serve with soft egg cream.

Caramelo: em um tachinhon leve as 6 colheres de açúcar para o lume, mexendo sempre. Retire do lume assim que estiver com o caramelo e não deixe(arrefecer).

Ovos moles:
1 chávena chá de açúcar
1/2  chávena de água 
3 ovos.

Soft eggs:
1 tea cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
3 eggs.

Leve o açúcar e a água ao lume, até ficar em ponto pérola(o açúcar derretido).
Retire do lume e reserve. Num recipiente bata muito bem as gemas e adicione uma colher de sopa de água com o açúcar, mexe de imediato. Repita o processo algumas vezes. Junte as gemas e o restante coloque água com açúcar e leve ao lume novamente. Mexa sempre Até engrossar
