- lemon juice30 ml
- rum50 ml
- Sparkling water to taste
- Ice to taste
- Tear up the mint leaves and run along the rim of the glass to release more flavor. Then place the leaves inside the cup.
- Add sugar and macerate. Add lemon juice, rum and macerate again.
- Add ice, sparkling water and mix gently. Serve immediately.
