Margarine2 tablespoon
Sugar.1/5 cup
Milk150 ml
Oil50 ml
Wheat flour3 cup
Nescal6 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon

Beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar until creamy, then add the oil and yeast, leaving the wheat flour for the end.
Gradually add the wheat flour to the dough without beating too much.
It will seem that everything is going wrong and that the dough is better then you continue mixing and adding the flour little by little until you have a beautiful and smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two parts and in one of them add the nescal and stir again until all is dissolved.
Add the dough gradually with the help of a spoon in an already greased and infarinhada shape.
