- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Almond vegetable drink1/4 cup
- Demerara sugar5 tablespoon
- Almond flour6 tablespoon
- Potato Starch3 tablespoon
- Rice flour3 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 dessert spoon
- Mix all the ingredients with the exception of the cocoa, put half of the dough on a greased baking sheet and with the other half mix the cocoa. Arrange on top of the white dough and with the help of a toothpick make drawings for the masses to mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (time varies depending on the size of the cake). Serve with 70% chocolate melted on top if you prefer.
