- Ripe banana2 unit(s)
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Mash the bananas.
- Add the rolled oats, flaxseed and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Distribute the apple in pie-type silicone molds. Bake the pie for 20 minutes in the conventional oven.
- For the filling, in a pan, place the sugar and the grated coconut. Mix until you get a creamy texture.
- When the pies are baked put the stuffing and serve!
