- Condensed milk400 g
- Whole milk400 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
- Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt over low heat. When it is completely melted, add the warm water, stirring so that the sugar does not clump. Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes and set aside.
- In the blender add the eggs, condensed milk, milk and coconut and mix for about 3 minutes. reserve the liquid
- In mino forminhas put the caramel syrup and after the liquid of the pudding dough
- Place the molds in a shape and take it to the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees. Baking in a water bath for about 50 minutes or until set
- Once baked, place in the fridge for about 3 hours to set.
- After, just unmold and delight đ
