  • Water200 ml
  • Butter50 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Condensed milk (Can)1 unit(s)
  • Oil500 ml
  • Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
  1. Churros Pasta: Melt the butter in the water until it starts to boil, add the salt and flour all at once, mix well until smooth and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Place the dough in a piping bag and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Model the churros. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes and fry. Let the excess oil drain by placing the fried churros on a paper towel. Then roll in sugar and cinnamon. Serve with dulce de leche.
  2. Dulce de Leite: remove the label from the can of condensed milk, making sure it is clean. Cook the closed can of condensed milk in the pressure cooker with water covering the can for 40 minutes over low heat. Wait for the pressure to release, remove the can. VERY IMPORTANT! Only open the can of condensed milk after it has cooled down to avoid accidents.
