- wheat flour160 g
- butter at room temperature80 g
- milk120 ml
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
- baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle the cupcakes to taste
- Dulce de leche for confectionery to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Prepare your own mold to bake mini cupcakes, greasing it with butter and flouring it with wheat flour.
- Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
- Pour into molds and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool a little and remove the cupcakes so they can finish cooling out of the pan.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar and spread on the cupcakes.
- Confection with dulce de leche.
