  • Maizena Biscuit200 g
  • Butter150 g
  • Fresh unsalted cheese250 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Sour cream 200ml1 cup
  • Milk100 ml
  • Corn starch1 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest1 unit(s)
  • Guava250 g
  • Water100 ml
  1. Crush the cornstarch biscuit and mix with the butter until it forms a dough. Spread it in a shape with a removable bottom, so that it covers the entire bottom and sides.
  2. Beat all the ingredients (except the guava and water) in the blender and pour it into the mold with the dough, until it practically covers the entire edge (leave ½ centimeter of the edge showing to put the topping after roasting).
  3. Place the mold with the dough and filling in the oven preheated to 180º and bake until the filling is firm and the dough is golden (+- 20 minutes). Remove from oven when ready.
  4. For the topping, in a small pan, heat the guava paste with water until the guava paste dissolves, then turn off the heat and pour the topping over the filling.
  5. Let it cool a little, put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and unmold to serve.
