  • Sour cream (can be boxed)2 can(s)
  • Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Plums to taste
  • Sugar to caramelize the mold1 cup
  • Water for the syrup1 cup
  • Sugar for the plum syrup to taste
  1. Caramelize sugar in your own form
  2. Beat the eggs, condensed milk, the same amount of milk, the cream and the vanilla extract in a blender for 5 minutes.
  3. Place in the already caramelized shape and heat in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
  4. In a small pan, add water and the plums, sugar to taste and let it cook until the syrup is reduced and they are soft.
  5. When the pudding is ready, unmold, put the syrup with plums and take it to the fridge for 2 hours. serve ice cream
