- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Syrup: in a pan, mix the water and sugar until it forms a syrup.
- Grease a mold with the syrup and set aside
- MASS: beat all the ingredients in the blender and pour in the caramelized form.
- Bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
