- Milk powder5 cup
- Sugar1 cup

- Water290 ml
- Vanilla essence10 ml
- Sugar ( syrup)1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Syrup melt the sugar in caramel point and add 1/2 of water
- Blend powdered milk, sugar, 4 eggs, 290 ml of water and vanilla essence in a blender for 5 minutes
- Place the liquid in the mold with the syrup in a bain-marie for 1 hour, oven 180 degrees. Let it cool and unmold.
