- Milk powder16 tablespoon
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- Water4 cup
- Syrup: Sugar2 cup
- Syrup: Water1 cup
- Syrup: Bring the sugar to a boil, stir until it forms a syrup, add the water and let it boil over low heat until it thickens. Reserve!
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Put it in the form where the syrup is. If you don't like pudding with holes, pass the dough through the sieve when putting it in the mold!!
- Bake the pudding in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour and a half, then wait to cool and refrigerate!
