  • Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
  • Sugar4 cup
  • Water150 ml
  1. Separate the 3 yolks and remove the film that has on it (so it doesn't smell like eggs)
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes and set aside.
  3. Syrup: put the sugar in a pan and stir until it melts (in the beginning, sugar balls will start to form, stir until they all melt)
  4. Pour the water into the syrup (it will make a thick layer) stir until it becomes liquid
  5. In a pudding mold, place the syrup covering the entire mold (up to the middle part, then pour the liquid that was reserved in the mold.
  6. In a larger form, put water and put the pudding in a bain-marie on the fire.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and skewer to see if the texture is good, let it cool and unmold.
