- Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
- Sugar4 cup
- Water150 ml
- Separate the 3 yolks and remove the film that has on it (so it doesn't smell like eggs)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Syrup: put the sugar in a pan and stir until it melts (in the beginning, sugar balls will start to form, stir until they all melt)
- Pour the water into the syrup (it will make a thick layer) stir until it becomes liquid
- In a pudding mold, place the syrup covering the entire mold (up to the middle part, then pour the liquid that was reserved in the mold.
- In a larger form, put water and put the pudding in a bain-marie on the fire.
- After 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and skewer to see if the texture is good, let it cool and unmold.
