- Milk320 ml

- Milk powder4 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water4 tablespoon
- In a pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the water. Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. Line a mold with a central hole with the syrup and set aside.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Then put it in the caramelized shape and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes, or longer depending on your oven.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool, and unmold.
