  • Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes
  2. Bring the sugar to a boil until it melts and turns caramel color, then add the water, stir until everything dissolves and starts to thicken. Pour the syrup into the pudding mold and set aside.
  3. Beat the milk, condensed milk and eggs in a blender for at least 3 minutes (pass the yolks through a sieve to avoid the strong smell), pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cover the mold with aluminum foil. Bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour or depending on the oven until 1:30 am. Test with a fork and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  4. Wait for it to cool down and take it to the fridge until it gets cold to unmold.
