Ingredients
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Milk | 395 ml
- Sugar | 200 g
Recipe
- In a pan add 200 grams of sugar, over low heat let the sugar melt, until it becomes a syrup. Pour the still hot syrup into the mold.
- Beat all the ingredients in the liquefier, condensed milk, cream, 3 eggs, the milk uses the can of condensed milk as a measure.
- Add the mixture in the form, take it to the oven in a bain-marie.
- When the pudding turns golden, it's ready! Take it to the fridge for around 1 hour, then unmold, that way the pudding comes out whole without breaking.
