- condensed milk1 can(s)
- milk (same size as can)1 can(s)
- eggs3 unit(s)
- syrup: sugar1 cup
- water1/2 cup
- syrup: In a round shape with a hole in the middle, melt the sugar until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken
- Pudding: Beat the eggs in the blender for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and condensed milk and beat well again.
- Pour the pudding into the mold with the syrup. Place the round shape inside a larger one with water inside.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Prick with a fork to see if it's done. Let cool and unmold
