  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk400 ml
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Powdered milk3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Start by making the syrup.
  2. Place the sugar in a pan over low heat and stir until it melts and acquires a brown color.
  3. Gradually add the water. The syrup will be liquid and when it starts to boil it will thicken.
  4. Put the syrup in a mold.
  5. Beat the eggs in the blender first for 2 minutes
  6. Then add the milk, condensed milk and powdered milk and beat for another 4 minutes.
  7. Pour the liquid into the caramelized form.
  8. The way I'm using, cook in a bain-marie on the stove flame. Cooking time is 25 minutes.
  9. You can do it in a water bath in the oven. Cooking time will be between 1 to 1:30 hours.
  10. When you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, it's ready.
  11. Let it cool well. Take the fridge to freeze a little before unmolding.
  12. In case the syrup sticks to the bottom of the mold, pass the mold a little on the stove flame to melt.
