- Condensed milk1 cup
- Emulsifier15 g
- Milk powder6 tablespoon
- Take the condensed milk and cream to the fridge to freeze a lot, if possible leave it overnight or in the freezer but not to the point of freezing. Beat the condensed milk and cream for 5 min in the mixer, gradually adding the powdered milk until it is fully incorporated into the cream. Add the emulsifier and beat for another 5 minutes until very creamy. Serve cold.
