Leve o leite condensado e o creme de leite à geladeira para gelar bastante, se possível deixe de um dia para o outro ou no freezer mas não a ponto de congelar. Bata na batedeira o leite condensado e o creme de por 5 min, vá adicionando aos poucos o leite em pó até estar totalmente incorporado no creme. Adicione o emulsificante e bata por mais 5 min até ficar bem cremoso. Sirva gelado. 

Take the condensed milk and cream to the fridge to freeze a lot, if possible leave it overnight or in the freezer but not to the point of freezing. Beat the condensed milk and cream for 5 min in the mixer, gradually adding the powdered milk until it is fully incorporated into the cream. Add the emulsifier and beat for another 5 minutes until very creamy. Serve cold.
