  • Wheat Flour (I used 2½ cups)2 cup
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  • Sugar150 g
  • Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
  • For Topping - Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Lemon slices and zest to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients and finally the yeast. In a greased shape, put the liquid, and in the #oven bake for approximately 35 minutes at 200°.
  2. In the fire, take the coconut milk and let it boil, put it on low fire and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it get the thickest point. It will be our *fake condensed milk*
  3. After unmolding the cake, put the frosting and to finish, zest and lemon slices.
