  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter100 g
  • Wheat Flour with Yeast2 cup
  • Maizena1 cup
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Condensed milk200 g
  • Milk powder200 g
  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the butter, sugar, eggs and beat well.
  2. After well beaten, add the cream and beat some more. Then, add the cornstarch and the yeasted wheat flour, beat until the dough is incorporated.
  3. Pour the dough onto a greased and floured tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Then when the cake has baked, make a icing: with condensed milk and powdered milk. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
  5. When the frosting is ready, place it on top of the cake to decorate, in a sieve put the powdered milk.
