Milk chocolate marquise + Crumble + Coado coffee syrup

Derreta o Chocolate ao Leite ( banho Maria ) com a meia colher de Manteiga 

Separe as Gemas das Claras , bater as Gemas com a açúcar (80g) até formar um creme liso e branco 

Bater as Claras em ponto de pico 

Junta se o Chocolate derretido ao creme de Gemas e por final mexa se com uma espátula as Claras , coloque em forma de pão inglês e no Freezer até o outro dia ! 

Melt the Milk Chocolate (bain marie) with half a spoon of Butter

Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with the sugar (80g) until a smooth and white cream is formed.

Beat the egg whites at peak point

Add the melted chocolate to the yolk cream and finally stir the whites with a spatula, place in the form of English bread and in the Freezer until the other day!

 Para o Crumble vamos juntar todos os ingredientes de pesos iguais , farinha, açúcar, amêndoas e manteiga ,coloca se numa tigela tudo junto e amasse com as mãos limpas até formar uma pasta ,espalhe no tabuleiro e no forno a 120° mexa se de 10 em 10min até ter uma farofa dourada ! Retire do forno e quebre e reserve 

 For the Crumble, we are going to combine all the ingredients of equal weight, flour, sugar, almonds and butter, put everything together in a bowl and knead with clean hands until it forms a paste, spread on the tray and in the oven at 120°, stir for 10 in 10min until you have a golden farofa! Remove from the oven and break and set aside

Para a calda,derreta o chocolate amargo em banho Maria ,após derretido junta-se as 5 colheres de café de sua preferência coado pode ter açúcar o café !
