- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Milk600 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Beat the milk, coconut milk, eggs, margarine and sugar in a blender for two minutes.
- Add the wheat flour and beat more for like 2 minutes.
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese and grated coconut and beat quickly.
- Place the liquid dough in a greased and floured mold and bake at 180° in a preheated oven until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
