Softened butter or coconut oil1 tablespoon
Natural yogurt or coconut milk2 tablespoon
Sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder or 50% chocolate2 dessert spoon
Grated dry coconut or oat bran5 tablespoon
Baking powder1 coffee spoon
Vanilla essence (optional) to taste

First beat well (with a fork), the egg together with the liquid ingredients (including sugar).
Add the dry and mix well.
Place in a large cup/mug and microwave every 30 seconds until firm on top.
Optional syrup on top: it can be melted chocolate, or make a syrup with coconut milk (3 tablespoons) + chocolate powder (1 dessert spoon) mix well.
