  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the strawberries with the lemon juice. Leave some whole strawberries reserved for garnish.
  2. Put half of this mix in a refractory and take it to the freezer until it freezes.
  3. In a pan, place the margarine and condensed milk, cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Let it cool well.
  4. After this cream is very cold, place it on top of the mixture of smoothie strawberries that should already be well frozen.
  5. Over the cream, place the rest of the strawberry smoothie with lemon and take it back to the freezer until it freezes.
  6. Remove from the freezer, decorate as you wish and serve next.
