Fiordilatte ice cream (vanilla ice cream works too)1 pint
Meringue to taste
Blueberry/ Bilberry (blueberry also works but the flavor is less intense) to taste

Arrange a 5 cm diameter ring on a plate
Place a layer of the slightly softened ice cream.
Add a layer of crumbled meringue
If ice cream starts to run underneath, return it to the freezer for a few minutes. Add a second layer of softened ice cream.
Finish with another layer of crumbled meringue and garnish with a whole meringue and blueberries.
