  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Refined sugar2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil2/3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a round shape with a hole in the middle. Or use release agent. Reserve.
  3. In a blender, add the eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Beat well for 5 min.
  4. Transfer this mixture to a bowl or bowl and gradually mix in the flour and baking powder.
  5. In a smaller bowl, place 1/3 of this mass and add the chocolate powder. Stir well to add all the chocolate to the dough.
  6. Place the white mass in the form and place the chocolate mass on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 min. Or until it's golden.
  8. Note: Do the toothpick test. When the cake is golden, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, leave a few more minutes in the oven.
