Condensed milk (1 cx)395 ml
Corn starch6 tablespoon
Sour cream (1 cx)200 g
Coconut milk (1 bottle)200 ml
Milk1 l
Colorless gelatin powder (1/2 pack)1/2 unit(s)
Strawberries (1 tray)1 unit(s)
Sugar1/2 cup
Water1/2 cup

Meal preparation: Mix the condensed milk and cornstarch until they add well, then add the cream, coconut milk and milk, bring to a boil until it becomes a very consistent cream, wait for it to cool and add the powdered gelatin (already diluted according to the instructions of preparation) and stir well. Place in a hole shape in the middle and cover with plastic and take it to freeze for at least 1 hour.
Strawberry sauce: Chop the strawberries and bring to a boil with the sugar and water, let it cook until it turns into a consistent syrup. Unmold the Manjar and put the syrup on top. Good dessert!
